Das können Sie bewirken:

  • Act as a data and application focal point for the entire ET team, providing knowledge, technical support and operational continuity across all test areas and test assets.
  • Analyse end-to-end data flows and technical needs for data obtained during testing on any test asset, from generation through transport, processing, storage and user access; identify bottlenecks, integrity or availability issues and propose practical solutions.
  • Administer, configure, maintain and troubleshoot applications and supporting environments used by ET, including Linux, Windows / Windows Server, Docker, databases, network interfaces and related services.
  • Develop and maintain web applications, scripts, interfaces and automation used by ET using JavaScript and HTML/CSS and, where applicable, Python, PHP and Velocity; extend existing tools through APIs and integrations.
  • Support the administration, configuration and continuous improvement of Polarion solutions used by ET, including workflows, templates, scripts, integrations, access management and user support.
  • Under the operational guidance of the ET Test Data Administrator, implement, test, deploy and support approved changes; coordinate with IT, Information Security and external partners when required, and maintain complete traceability and documentation of code, configurations, interfaces, deployments, changes and troubleshooting.

 

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent professional qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in application, data or systems engineering or a comparable technical role
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Linux and Windows / Windows Server environments
  • Good understanding of databases (Progress SQL and MongoDB) / SQL, networking and end-to-end data flows
  • Experience with Git / version control and controlled software changes
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read existing code and use AI-assisted development tools responsibly, while validating generated outputs
  • Knowledge of Python, PHP, Velocity, Polarion is an advantage
  • Very good written and oral knowledge of English
