Das können Sie bewirken:

  • Support the planning, creation and publication of internal communication content for employees.
  • Maintain and further develop the company intranet, including content creation, page updates and content governance support.
  • Support the creation of company news, employee stories, leadership communications and internal campaigns.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee events, town halls, site communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Support the development of communication materials such as presentations, newsletters, emails and information packages.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather, prepare and publish relevant content.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Communications team.
  • Ensure consistent corporate messaging and branding across all internal communication activities.
  • Support internal communication projects and initiatives that strengthen company culture.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Enrolled student in Communications, Media, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Strong interest in corporate communications and employee communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
  • Initial experience in content creation or digital communication channels is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset for developing engaging communication content
  • Structured and independent working style, proactive attitude with a hands-on approach
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with digital tools and content management systems
  • Interest in aviation, technology and innovative industrial environments
