- Developing and implementing sales strategies for specialised operators, including emergency services, humanitarian organisations and other special mission areas
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in government and specialist organisations
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the specialised operations sector, including government tenders and projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions that meet client requirements
- Keep informed of procurement trends and market developments within the Special Operations sector
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences and position it as a trusted partner in the specialised operations sector.
Das bringen Sie mit
- Experience with aircraft solutions or related industries/OEMs
- Proven experience working with specialist operators, including humanitarian organisations, emergency services and other special mission areas
- Proven success in managing complex sales processes, including experience with government projects and tenders
- In-depth understanding of the procurement processes and requirements of government and specialist organisations
- Strong network and established relationships within the special operations and government sector
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple priorities
- Proficiency in English; German and other languages will be considered a strong asset
