Das können Sie bewirken:
- Coordinates the different parties involved in test aircraft operation to ensure readiness for testing per test air-craft schedule. Oversees the activities and deliverables to achieve Permit to Fly.
- Liaise with maintenance (through Maintenance representative) to define pre & post flight test activities.
- Plan and track test aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting activities, modifications, configuration changes and ensure the availability of the required parts, tools, equipment and material.
- Chair test readiness reviews conc. the test aircrafts involved in ground and flight tests.
- Participates in Flight Test debriefings to quickly elaborate a plan for deficiencies resolution and maintenance plan on test aircraft before next flight
- Manage aircraft schedule in cooperation with the Lead Flight Test Engineer.
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Engineering degree or equivalent professional qualification
- A minimum of 5 years of job experience in a flight test environment.
- Experience as Project FTE, Project Engineer
- Experience in Aircraft Maintenance is a +
- Proven experience in leading a team
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Autonomous worker and excellent communicator
- Very good written and oral knowledge in English.
