Das können Sie bewirken:
- Act as focal point between Quality, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain on Non-conformity notification management (BMs).
- Plan, lead and moderate Material Review Board (MRB) meetings.
- Review non-conformance reports (BMs), deviations, and concessions for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate dispositions with Engineering, Stress, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain. · Validate root cause explanations and ensure technical justification for dispositions.
- Maintain robust traceability of MRB decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Prepare documentation for internal/external audits.
- Provide coaching and guidance on BMs/ MRB standards.
- Monitor MRB and BMs KPIs such as aging, recurrence, and rework cost.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of BMs/MRB processes.
- Support digitalization of MRB workflows (PLM, SAP, QMS).
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Bachelor in System / Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Practical experience with Quality modules in SAP
- Experience with aircraft manufacturing and Inspection processes as well as working within a regulated environment
- Excellent moderation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Lean/continuous improvement knowledge
- Familiar with data acquisition for KPI definition and interpretation
