Sales Strategy Manager (f/m/d)

• Support the development of market and sales strategies
• In close collaboration with VP Marketing & Sales and Director Sales, perform market analysis
• Develop and maintain Sales performance and KPI reports for inter-departmental use, as well as for the management team
• Develop comprehensive presentations and matrixes of Sales-related reports;
• Participate and provide full administrative support during Sales campaigns;
• Maintain and support the customer database, ensure all updates are made on timely manner
• Prepare materials for conferences, Sales campaigns and other business needs;
• Liaise between the Sales team and rest of the organization
• Provide other departmental support as required

• Degree in business administration, aerospace engineering, aviation management or another relevant field;
• 5+ years’ experience in aviation/airline/aerospace; network and fleet planning experience is a major benefit; experience in aviation consultancy field also will be considered;
• Attention to detail and analytical skills, accuracy and ability to independently prioritize tasks in line with company priorities;
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Fluent in English (written/spoken/native speaker level) is a must, other languages will be a plus;
• Comprehensive level of computer literacy; full proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Positive attitude and able to work in a challenging environment with great team player skills
