This is what you can do

  • Manage and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), processes, procedures, requirements and metrics to ensure the organization's compliance
  • Actively strive to identify the procedural gaps to mandatory requirements and support the definition of further processes in close alignment with all affected Process Owners in preparation for the upcoming DAG-POA approval extension (A/C-rating A1, D1 & D2) incl. communication and training packages
  • Conduct internal audits and provide feedback on non-compliance and corrective action(s) and draft the internal yearly audit plan
  • Provide guidance through explanation of policies, authorities regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance to requirements
  • Drive the implementation of cross-divisional procedures incl. training of local teams and support the integration of new manufacturing sites into the existing QMS
  • Deploy the DAG-Business Process Management System and offer guidance for IT-solutions
  • Drive the consistency and the compliance of the QMS by implementing adequate documentationmeaningful KPIs
  • Prepare the Quality Management Report and provide inputs for the regular Management Review in order to assess the QMS effectivity and efficiency.

You’ll bring this with you

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2 years of experience in QMS-systems (e.g. 9001 or 14001)
  • Analytical & Team working skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
  • Planning and prioritising activities
  • Technical background would be a plus
