Content Marketing Specialist (f/m/d)

As Content Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) you are responsible to set compelling content strategy that is engaging, relevant and aligned with the brand to convey Deutsche Aircraft story on digital and offline channels that is in line with the overall marketing strategy.

• Translate complex and technical messaging gathered through constant cross collaboration within the various departments into concise, evocative and relevant content
• Propose strategic initiatives and tactics to increase marketing lead generation including integrated marketing campaigns to reach out effectively to our target audience organically
• Results-driven mindset with strong data analytical skills that allow to test, measure, and refine copy-working in conjunction with our analytics teams. You understand how to tackle SEO/SEM copywriting to its best practices
• Create clear, concise, and brand-compliant copy for a variety of mediums and messaging to support the marketing strategy
• Support global marketing strategy and team’s effort on various digital marketing, email, PR, and any other marketing related projects including proofreading, formatting, editing, printing, and delivery

• 3+ years experience in Marketing, Content Creation and/or Communication 
• Very good knowledge and use of the Adobe Design suit (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) as well as any video editing software is required
• Strong expertise of Microsoft Office suits
• Excellent proofreading, writing and copy-editing skills
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a professional office environment
• Highly organised and skilled at prioritization as well as able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Have the ability to think outside of the box and have a creative streak
• Fluent in English written and spoken, German is a plus
