This is what you can do

Support HR Business Partners in their day-to-day business regarding administration and recruiting,
Support the implementation of the entire recruiting process, from the design of the job advertisement to coordinate and prepare interviews
Carry out various HR support tasks, such as preparing certificates, administration and evaluations
Assist the implementation of various HR projects: preparing the Deutsche Aircraft onboarding session and implement our employer branding

You’ll bring this with you

Currently enrolled in a degree programme in economics or business administration with a focus on human resources or similar
First practical experience in human resources is a plus
Committed and structured approach to work and a quick grasp of the issues at hand
Good knowledge of MS Office
Fluent in German and English
Has empathy and is sensitive
Good communication skills and able to work in a team
