  • In the future, you will lead a team of with up to employees with the focus on the standards office, aircraft documentation, as well as archiving.
  • You will lead and develop the department, "QA Documentation" with the aim of ensuring the structure, installation and function technically, in terms of personnel, organization, scheduling, taking into account business aspects."
  • They ensure the creation, editing, modification and monitoring of internal regulations, procedures and standards, as well as obtaining and ensuring the timeliness of external standards, regulations Regularien.
  • You optimize and harmonize the process of technical documentation and introductions of new standards within the document management system in cooperation with other departments.
  • You will develop concepts and decision papers for the introduction of IT tools and coordinate the use of new systems (hardware, software) with the specialist departments for processes and process analyses.
  • You agree, coordinate and ensure the necessary documentation between the design organization, the manufacturing organization, the maintenance organization, the training organization, the CAMO and the flight operations.

You’ll bring this with you

  • Completed studies or state-certified technician, in a technical subject.
  • Professional experience in aviation (e.g. in maintenance and production of civil aircraft)
  • good knowledge of MS-Office applications, ideally experience with ERP system SAP
  • good knowledge of PC special software desirable, for example drawing and image processing).
