This is what you can do

  • Leading and instructing complex tasks internally and externally
  • Integrator of all systems including integrated planning and functional lead of systems activities into overall aircraft; involve required competences and capabilities according to defined deliverables
  • Ensure systems integrity and compliance with D328eco development logic
  • Establish the required check procedures and progress monitoring aligned with the program process to ensure deliverables at time, cost and quality
  • Conceptual design & analysis of overall system and subsystems
  • Lead technical assessments of systems conceptual scenarios at systems/aircraft level (DtC, Weight Reduction Campaigns, …) and prepare respective design trade-off decision documents
  • Define together with specific systems teams the certification concept, the relevant Means of Compliance (incl. test structure, FTI, ...) and oversee the deliveries/results of the respective certification documents in line with relevant regulations (e.g. CS/JAR/FAR Part 23/25/27/29)
  • As part of the D328eco Chief Engineers team ensure verification and validation of the L0/L1/L2-requirements with special focus on systems perimeter
  • Define and drive opportunities for digitalisation and automation of systems design processes, methods & tools, systems requirements and performance management
  • Participation in design review meetings as independent panel member
  • Supervision and updates of systems development logic and integrational aspects between systems & airframe
  • Coordinate and steer prototype manufacturing and adaptations of available components to ensure series aircraft representation and Coordinate and steer the systems flight test aircraft activities

You’ll bring this with you

  • Completed engineering degree in aircraft construction or comparable technical qualification
  • Expertise in field of systems design, systems analysis, systems integration, systems verification, systems certification and respective interfaces
