This is what you can do
- System architecture, seizing and modification of air conditioning, pressurization and bleed air systems
- Definition and of system control architecture in collaboration with electrics/avionics department and equipment supplier
- Preparation and review of specifications, drawings, bills of material and other type design documents
- Assessment of safety analysis at system and equipment level
- Support of qualification, ground and flight test activities
- Preparation of Part 21J compliance documentation (MOC 0-9)
- Ensure system products meet all safety standards and comply with regulatory requirements
- Performance of technical design studies
- Point of contact for external equipment supplier in all technical matters
- Counterpart to system integration department
- Identify and mitigate risks; implement work-around plans to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Lead of external design work packages
You’ll bring this with you
- Master’s Degree or Diplomingenieur in Aerospace
- More than 8 years experience in ATA21 and/or ATA36
- Product development experience of at least one aircraft programme
- Knowledge of ARP-4754 and ARP-4761 & Familiar with EASA Part 21J und CS/FAR 25
- Skills in CATIA V5, Simulation and CFD skills are necessary
- Basic skills in hardware/software development for airborne systems
- Capable of structuring and organizing work in efficient and effective manner
- Strong team spirit and good communication skills
- Creativity and the ability to act independently
- Technical problem-solving and decision-making ability
