This is what you can do

Ensuring a smooth operational workflow in the manufacturing plant in the technical and personnel management function
Coordinating the staff of the shops, taking into account scheduling, economic aspects and qualitative requirements
Identifying and implementing process improvements and workflows
Responsibility for safety, cleanliness and order in our production hall
Developing efficient workshop/tool management
Responsible for further training
Responsible for vehicle fleet, tool dispensing, femi preparation
Handling and ensuring correct time recording and monthly statements

You’ll bring this with you

Completed professional training in an aeronautical technical subject as well as completed training as a master craftsman or technician
5+ years of professional experience in aviation in a management position
MS Office skills
Very good English skills
Very good knowledge and experience in personnel management
