This is what you can do

  • Providing and managing technical (on-site) assistance
  • Coordinating & providing Sales / Customer Support liaison
  • Compilation and processing of technical problem solutions based on existing approved data and development of new solutions in cooperation with other departments
  • Preparation of related support proposals and quotations
  • Collection, control and analysis of fleet and reliability data
  • Support of the manufacturer maintenance program development and evolution
  • Support of modifications and new improvements (e.g. Upgrades, GSE, new maintenance procedures, etc.)
  • Promote integration of modern IT-tools for (on-site) support (e.g. VR-goggles, PED usage, etc.)
  • Assistance in the organization and execution of customer conferences
  • Cross-departmental technical consulting and coordination
  • Readiness to also work as a theoretical & practical trainer/examiner & assessor in the existing Part 147 Training Organisation

You’ll bring this with you

  • Technician/Engineer for Aircraft Maintenance & Repair, or comparable professional qualification
  • B1/B2 license with Dornier 328-100 & -300 type rating preferred
  • Practical experience in on-site & technical support required
  • Solid knowledge of applicable aviation rules & regulations, which are to be kept updated
  • First-rate team player
  • Good IT skills and experience with Windows applications required and SAP desirable
  • Worldwide travel
  • Business fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken required
