This is what you can do
- Define, integrate and commission Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) equipment and other flight test installations in close cooperation with the FTI system supplier
- Define, Implement and commission the Telemetry System (Ground station, and on-board system)
- Ensure daily calibration of the whole Telemetry system, and provide coverage analysis to the Flight Test team
- Guarantees full reliability of Telemetry’s capability during flight test campaigns
- Troubleshoot deficiencies and maintain Telemetry System hardware and software
- Provide technical guidance and training within the company
- Act as focal point for FTI-Telemetry related matters internally and externally
You’ll bring this with you
- Engineering degree or equivalent professional qualification
- 8+ years of job experience in a flight test environment
- Expert knowledge of telemetry systems, on board software (IADS), EMI/EMC knowledge is a must.
- Familiar with database applications as well as data processing and visualization tools
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Autonomous worker and good communicator
- Very good written and oral knowledge in English
