Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer sowie bei der Optimierung bestehender Prozesse in der Exportkontrolle/Zoll
Bearbeitung von Abschreibungen und Halbjahresmeldungen sowie deren Dokumentation und Ablage
Führung des internen Handbuchs
Eigenständige Bearbeitung kleinerer Projekte
Unterstüzung der Abteilung bei allgemein anfallenden Aufgaben

You’ll bring this with you

Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Rechtswissenschaften, Logistikmanagement oder vergleichbar
Interesse an den Themenfelder Exportkontrolle, Logistik und Zoll
Kenntnisse in der Dateneingabe- und Prüfung sind von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie proaktive und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse
