Juristische Beratung der Fachabteilungen bei der Umsetzung von Projekten mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain
Gestaltung, Abfassung, Überarbeitung und Kontrolle nationaler und internationaler Verträge insbesondere mit Lieferanten und Kunden
Erteilung von juristischen Ratschlägen und Empfehlungen für die Unternehmensleitung und Fachabteilungen
Vermeidung von Rechtsrisiken
Recherche und Auslegung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Normen
Koordination externer Rechtsanwälte
Rechtliche Vorbereitung von Unternehmensentscheidungen
