Bewertung und Überwachung von Risiken, Festlegung und Verhandlung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung mit Anbietern
Vorbereitung und Bewertung von SOW, RFIs, RFQs und RFPs
Verwaltung der Lieferantenleistung und Vertragsüberwachung
Koordinierung von Geschäftsbesprechungen, Veranstaltungen und/oder Besprechungen von Führungskräften mit Anbietern
Verwalten von Projekten gemäß den Anforderungen des Programms und entsprechend dem Lebenszyklus des Produkts

You’ll bring this with you

Bachelor-Studium in Jura, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
Erfahrung mit Aftermarket-Verträgen ist ein Pluspunkt
Erfahrung in der Verwaltung und Verhandlung einer Vielzahl von Verträgen, z. B. Festpreisverträge, RC, NRC von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Kompromisslose Haltung zu Ethik und Compliance
