Mitwirkung beim Aufbau einer strukturierten Archivlandschaft (digital + Papier)
Archivierung der verschiedenen Dokumententypen (Digitalisierung von Dokumenten + Archivierung von Papierdokumenten)
Verteilung der internen Dokumente an unsere Lieferanten
Beschaffung, Archivierung, Verteilung und Überwachung der Aktualität von externen Standards
Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Prozess- und Verfahrensdokumenten
Aktualisierung und Erstellung von Qualitätsdokumenten (z.B. Konfigurationskontrolle und -management)

You’ll bring this with you

Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in der Luftfahrt sind von Vorteil
Erste Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Bereich wünschenswert
