This is what you can do

  • Coordinate the day-to-day team activities required for delivery of the Marketing and Campaign Plans
  • Support the Marketing team with development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal departments to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image and message, and to facilitate the flow of communication.
  • Assist the Marketing team with the planning and execution of outreach events and trade shows, as well as updating the events database and identifying new events and tradeshows for our company to attend
  • Assist in the selection of suppliers and partners, and work to build and maintain long term relationships with them.
  • Maintain detailed records and databases of event contracts, purchases, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of post-event reports, including lessons learned and recommendations for future participation.
  • Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department
  • Create marketing presentations for internal & external meetings
  • Manage giveaway requests, keep our stock and stock management files up to date
  • Undertake market research to identify trends, opportunities and challenges within our industry
  • Evaluate marketing activities to ensure continuous improvement.

You’ll bring this with you

  • Very good English level. German and/or French is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills required including fluency in MS Office and Outlook
  • In-depth and current experience of working in an administrative role, requiring strong attention to detail, organisational and project management skills
  • Previous experience gained within a commercial, marketing or communication environment
  • Familiar with the use of various social media channels
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an ability to deal clearly and professionally over a face to face meeting, by telephone and email
  • Problem-solving skills and able to use own initiative to identify improvements to systems, methods and procedures
  • Team-player with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • High level of motivation and a strong work ethic with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Self-starter with an eagerness to learn
