Installation und Administration der Clients und Mobiler Geräte
Aufbau neuer und Umzüge bestehender Arbeitsplätze
Anwendersupport / User Helpdesk für Fehleranalyse und –behebung vor Ort und Remote
Allgemeine Unterstützung der Systemadministratoren

You’ll bring this with you

Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Client-Technologie Windows 10, Office 2019
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker/in oder vergleich bare Ausbildung bzw. anderweitig erworbene Fachkenntnisse im IT Umfeld, sehr gerne auch Quereinsteiger
Idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen im User Help Desk und mit Ticketsystemen
Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Client-Technologie Windows 10, Office 2019
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
