This is what you can do

  • Responsibility for spare parts supply for the Dornier 328 customers worldwide;
  • End-to-end management in coordination with the logistics support team regarding spare parts and services;
  • Order monitoring from goods issue to goods receipt (delivery time monitoring etc.);
  • Regular contact with customers through conference calls;
  • Handling of order changes and customer complaints;
  • Monitoring of invoicing and contract fulfillment for customer orders;
  • Responsible for the sale of new products and aircraft upgrades.

You’ll bring this with you

  • Completed training as a graduated engineer or as a technician (aviation) or comparable training;
  • Good commercial knowledge;
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in aviation;
  • Detailed knowledge of aircraft-specific equipment and systems;
  • Knowledge of processes and requirements in an aviation maintenance organization and related rules and regulations;
  • Very good knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and MS Office;
  • Willingness to travel and work on-call/shift work;
  • A valid reliability check in accordance with LuftSiG §7 (ZÜP) is required for this position;
  • Enjoy working in an international, fast-growing environment with short decision-making processes;
  • Team-oriented mindset and a positive, hands-on attitude;
  • Independent working style and willingness to take on responsibility;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
