This is what you can do

  • Business Requirements Management: Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of comprehensive business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Solution Design & Definition: Translate complex business needs into clear solution designs and specifications, collaborating closely with solution architects and development teams.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes ("As-Is"), identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state ("To-Be") processes to enhance efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Effectively identify, engage, and manage the expectations of diverse stakeholders, including various business departments, IT teams, and external suppliers, ensuring alignment and successful collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance Support: Support testing activities by defining test cases, coordinating Business Acceptance Testing, and assisting with defect management.
  • Deployment & Change Enablement: Facilitate smooth solution adoption by contributing to training development, communication plans, and change management activities.
  • Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify challenges, propose innovative solutions, and contribute to ongoing efforts to optimize processes and system capabilities.

You’ll bring this with you

  • 5+ years professional expertise in aerospace in design engineering, configuration management, DMU management or process, methods and tools engineering
  • Familiar with 3DExperiene, CATIA
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical & structured way of working
  • Project Management Experience
