Überwachung und Steuerung aller technischen und infrastrukturellen Facility-Management-Dienstleistungen
Koordination von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen
Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Handwerksbetriebe
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften (z. B. Brandschutz, Arbeitssicherheit, Energieeffizienz)
Planung und Umsetzung von Modernisierungs- und Sanierungsprojekten
Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle für gebäudebezogene Maßnahmen
Dokumentation und Reporting relevanter Kennzahlen und Zustände
Ansprechpartner für interne Abteilungen bei gebäudetechnischen Anliegen

You’ll bring this with you

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Facility Management, Gebäudetechnik, Bauwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Gebäudemanagement
Kenntnisse in relevanten Normen und Vorschriften (z. B. VOB, DIN, GEG)
Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
Sicherer Umgang mit CAFM-Systemen und MS Office
Kommunikationsstärke und Dienstleistungsorientierung
Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
