This is what you can do
- Development and implementation of a holistic purchasing and supply chain strategy in the Aerostructures division
- Management and further development of our purchasing department
- Optimization of processes, cost structures and delivery performance
- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with suppliers worldwide
- Conception and implementation of digitalization initiatives in purchasing and the supply chain
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure efficiency and transparency
You’ll bring this with you
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of management experience in strategic purchasing and supply chain management in a medium-sized company and in the aerospace industry
- Demonstrable success in transformations and/or growth projects
- Strong digital affinity and experience using modern IT and ERP systems in an SAP environment
- Leadership skills: motivating, assertive, and hands-on
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in German and English
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills. Will and energy to make things happen and achieve ambitious goals.
