This is what you can do:

  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von HR Kennzahlen und Reports
  • Mitarbeit bei unseren Digitalisierungsprojekten u.a. mit unserer HR Software von P&I Loga 
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen, Analysen und Präsentationen für das Management 
  • Pflege und Auswertung von Personaldaten sowie Unterstützung beim Reporting 
  • Mitwirkung bei Ad-hoc-Auswertungen und Datenanalysen 

You’ll bring this with you:

  • Eingeschrieben in einem Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Controlling, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbarer Studiengang 
  • Interesse an HR-Prozessen und Controlling Themen 
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Erfahrung in Power BI von Vorteil
  • Analytische Denkweise und Zahlenaffinität
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
