This is what you can do:

  • Act as focal point between Quality, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain on Non-conformity notification management (BMs).
  • Plan, lead and moderate Material Review Board (MRB) meetings. 
  • Review non-conformance reports (BMs), deviations, and concessions for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. 
  • Coordinate dispositions with Engineering, Stress, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.  ·        Validate root cause explanations and ensure technical justification for dispositions. 
  • Maintain robust traceability of MRB decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
  • Prepare documentation for internal/external audits.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on BMs/ MRB standards. 
  • Monitor MRB and BMs KPIs such as aging, recurrence, and rework cost. 
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of BMs/MRB processes. 
  • Support digitalization of MRB workflows (PLM, SAP, QMS).

You’ll bring this with you:

  • Bachelor in System / Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Practical experience with Quality modules in SAP
  • Experience with aircraft manufacturing and Inspection processes as well as working within a regulated environment
  • Excellent moderation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. 
  • Lean/continuous improvement knowledge
  • Familiar with data acquisition for KPI definition and interpretation
