This is what you can do

  • You manage and oversees the Quality Management System (QMS), processes, procedures, requirements and metrics, to ensure the organization's compliance.
  • You work with other functions to ensure processes are compliant in acc. to EASA Part 21G/J & Part 145 and debriefs the HO Quality FAL
  • You conduct internal audits and provide feedback on non-compliance and corrective action(s) and draft the internal yearly audit plan
  • You provide guidance through explanation of policies, authorities regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance to requirements
  • You will drive the implementation of cross-divisional procedures incl. training of local teams and support the integration of new manufacturing sites into the existing QMS
  • You will actively deploy the DAG-Business Process Management System and offer guidance for IT-solutions

You’ll bring this with you

  • Bachelor in System / Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience of at least 2 years in Quality Management System
  • Deep expertise of quality systems EN9100 & ISO14001
  • Solid knowledge with airworthiness requirements EASA Part 21G/J and Part 145
  • Experience in KPI definition and measurement
  • Auditor certification in acc. to ISO19011
