This is what you can do
- Comprehensive support for the Management team in day-to-day business
- Organisation, preparation and follow-up of conferences, staff meetings, meetings and training sessions, including preparation of presentations for various target groups
- Coordinating appointments, drafting all correspondence in German and English, writing minutes (e.g. of our weekly management meeting) and preparing reports and tabular overviews
- Support with general tasks, including travel planning and expense management
- Interface function between cross-divisional and cross-departmental project participants and ensuring the flow of communication and exchange of information
- Support travel management in booking business trips for assigned departments
You’ll bring this with you
- Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
- Several years of experience as a management assistant or similar
- Very good organisational skills combined with good time management skills
- Enjoy team and project work in an intellectually stimulating environment
- Very good written and verbal communication skills at different levels of seniority
- Passionate team player with a willingness to think across functions and systems and a flexible approach to work
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams
- Very good knowledge of German and English
