This is what you can do

Negotiation of contracts and ensuring final document consistency
Risk assessment
Evaluate financial business cases and opportunities to achieve RC and NRC targets
Prepare and assess SOW, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs
Manage vendor on-boarding and contract monitoring
Consult with legal service providers as appropriate

You’ll bring this with you

Bachelor Degree or similar in Law or Business, or related discipline
5+ years experience in Aerospace, Automotive
Experience in all aspects of contract negotiation with minimum 5 million EURO value
Experience administering and negotiating a variety of contracts such as fixed price type, RC, NRC.
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
No compromise position on ethics and compliance
