This is what you can do
- Understand typical use cases, business requirements and user behaviour and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support steering and co-ordination of external suppliers to ensure delivery of new features in cost, time, and quality.
- Advise on the platform’s functional capabilities, including ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, and other relevant modules.
- Conduct demonstrations, workshops, and awareness sessions for key users.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure project success.
- Support fixing of issue on operation.
- Support the definition, specification, development, testing and deployment of system’s enhancements.
- Ensure consistent application performance and improve IT landscape, and system reliability.
- Ensure the Service-Quality, customer satisfaction, and proper monitoring of the SLAs and the SLA reporting.
- Support definition of company enterprise PLM system architecture.
- Ensure controlled and consistent deployment of new functionalities.
- Establish and maintain PLM system performance monitoring.
- Ensure consistent application performance and improve IT landscape, and system reliability.
- Ensure the service quality, customer satisfaction and proper monitoring of the SLAs and the SLA reporting.
- Support definition of company enterprise PLM system architecture.
- Ensure controlled and consistent deployment of new functionalities.
- Establish and maintain PLM system performance monitoring.
You’ll bring this with you
- Computer Science Expert or Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering in Aeronautics / Aviation or Mechanical subjects.
- Experience in PLM system implementation projects, preferably 3DExperience or SmarTeam.
- Ability to prioritise, manage and execute multiple simultaneous tasks.
- Very good presenting, communication skills.
- Project management skills, including documentation and timeline control.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work in multicultural and multinational environment.
