Operative Unterstützung des Teamleiters und der Mitarbeiter bei ihrer täglichen Arbeit: Durchführen von Auswertungen, Aktualisierung von Berichten, Pflege von Datenbanken, Pflege von Dateien, etc.
Ausarbeiten von Konzepten und Verbesserungen, basierend auf den Vorgaben des PMO Teams (z.B. Verbesserung der Nutzung von SharePoint, MS Project, PowerBI,…)
Erstellung von Datenerhebungen, KPIs & Dashboards
Implementierung dieser Dashboards mit PowerBI, Excel in SharePoint

You’ll bring this with you

Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
Kenntnisse in PowerBI und SharePoint von Vorteil
Spaß an der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Konzepten
Affinität für Datenauswertungen und Analysen
Fähigkeit, sich in neue Werkzeuge einzuarbeiten
