This is what you can do

  • Coordination of certification activities for Avionics (ATA 22, 23, 31, 34, 45 and 46).
  • Primary focal for EASA interaction for Panel 6 and support for other panels as needed.
  • Coordination of Avionics Certification plan, ensuring maturity and consistency with other certification plans.
  • Coordination of Avionics responses to CRIs and CAIs.
  • Support all avionics contributions to other certification plans and activities for hosted functions.
  • Coordination of flight clearance justification and supporting documents.
  • Coordination of EASA LOI, SOIs, and familiarization sessions. Scheduling of dedicated sessions on deep dive topics. (e.g. CMA, GNSS Spoofing, etc.)
  • Review of completeness of certification base and generation of compliance matrices, e.g. against CS-25, CS ACNS, ACs and AMCs.
  • Coordination of preparation of compliance demonstration documentation.
  • Support qualification, ground and flight test activities

You’ll bring this with you

  • Master’s Degree or Diplomingenieur in Aerospace
  • 10 years of experience in aerospace industry
  • Experience of at least one new aircraft development program
  • Familiar with EASA Part 21J und CS-25/FAR 25
  • Very good English language skills
  • Prior experience as an EASA Panel 6 CVE is desirable
  • Excellent team spirit, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of structuring and organizing work in efficient and effective manner
  • Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality
  • Creativity and the ability to act independently
  • Technical problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Good German language skills
