This is what you can do

Strategic tasks:

Designing the Lean Academy concept together with management, selected executives, and human resources. Developing the vision, goals, content, and structure (e.g., training concepts, learning paths for different target groups). Integrating it into corporate strategy by ensuring that the Academy does not operate in isolation, but rather that Lean is anchored as part of the cultural and strategic work.

 

Training & Didactics

Development of training modules, creation of training materials, simulations, case studies, and practical exercises. Conducting training sessions and teaching lean philosophy and methods (value thinking, Kaizen, Shop Floor Management/ SQCDP, KATA, etc.).

 

Coaching & Cultural Work

Support leaders and employees in applying Lean principles in daily work. Coach Leaders and project teams in Lean leadership and process optimization. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving at all levels.

 

Build multipliers

Train internal trainers and lean coaches to make the academy self-sustaining in the long term.

You’ll bring this with you

  • In-depth expertise in Lean Management, Lean Leadership, and Change Management.
  • Strong didactic and methodological skills, including creation of experimental trainings and hands-on learning formats.
  • Solid coaching and facilitation capabilities; confident in working with leaders and teams.
  • Ability to foster and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with motivational strength and empathy
    Fluent in English (German is a plus).
