This is what you can do

  • Technical responsibility for mechanical systems, e.g. ECS, Ice & Rain Protection, Flight Controls, Fuel, Hydraulics
  • Simulation of aircraft systems
  • Specification of new and modified equipment
  • Perform installation assessment
  • Preparation of drawings, bills of material and other type design documents
  • Assessment of safety analysis on equipment and system level
  • Support of ground, flight and laboratory testing for qualification and certification
  • Ensure products meet all safety standards and comply with regulatory requirements
  • Preparation of Part 21J compliance documentation (MOC 0-9)
  • Performance of technical design studies
  • Liaison with potential suppliers and subcontractors
  • Provide repair solutions and response to Service Problem Reports in cooperation with Customer Support

You’ll bring this with you

  • Master’s Degree or Diplomingenieur in Aerospace
  • More than 3 years experience in aerospace industry
  • New product development experience of at least one new aircraft programme
  • Proven experience in detailed design with CATIA V5
  • Familiar with EASA Part 21J und CS/FAR 25
  • Simulation skills
  • Very good English language skills
  • High degree of flexibility
