Project Controller Program (f/m/d)

Lead cost and budget planning as well as performance monitoring across all program lines of Deutsche Aircraft. That is:

• Supporting Program operations from a financial performance stand point on, D328eco and R&T program lines.
• Secure the financial adherence and controlling of the program business process throughout the entire programs'/projects' lifecycle.
• Provide transparency on financials, update, maintain and report cost, budget and Earned Value (EV) data and performance.
• Highlight deviations on costs, budget and link with main risks (cost/schedule). Coordinate mitigation plans with stakeholders, create and maintain financial scenarios.
• Operational coordination and execution of budget & forecast process in close cooperation with external stakeholders (Program, HR and Supply Chain Management) and internal stakeholders (PM risk and change managers, PDT leaders).
• Ensure continuous improvement initiatives on cost & budget management

• Analytical mindset, attention to details while keeping the big picture in mind. Ability to held presentation at C-level.
• Awareness on main financials KPI’s, P&L structure, and cash flow statements.
• Show initiative, resilience, and persuasiveness when implementing the budget planning process towards the (functional and cross-functional) stakeholders of the organization.
• Process-driven but also out-of-the-box thinking to improve the existing processes, methods and tools
