This is what you can do
- Leading and ramping-up the required resources, competences and capabilities according to defined deliverables and agreed head-count
- Leading disciplinary the engineering department “Engineerin Quality”
- Responsible for deliverables in Time / Cost / Quality (TCQ) throughout the complete lifecycle of aircraft, flying fleet, 328eco development and respective R&T projects
- Definition, monitoring, improvement of internal/external engineering quality processes, methods, procedures and relevant quality KPI´s
- Establishment and control of engineering quality assurance plan
- Establishing of training sessions on engineering quality assurance tools and processes
- Define engineering quality criteria of deliverables/drawings/checklists
- Coordination of control plans and respective process description
- Responsible for documentation management (distribution and comments), Archiving, signature delegation monitoring
You’ll bring this with you
- Educated Engineering degree (MA Eng/Sc, Dr./PhD.) in aeronautics / aviation or mechanical or equivalent experience
- 10+ years professional expertise in relevant fields of aircraft development and engineering quality, best at OEM
- Wide proficiency of aircraft development program quality requirements for large aircraft with a certification base of JAR 25 / CS 25 incl. design methods, material requirements, production methods and tools
- New aircraft development experience (CS25) in several aircraft projects
- Ability to prioritize, manage and execute multiple simultaneous tasks
- Product development experience of several aircraft program
- Lead and instruct complex tasks internal/external
- Very good presenting, communication and leadership skills
