This is what you can do

  • Lead, develop and motivate the HR team
  • Develop and drive cultural change to improve performance mindset and support leaders and teams to embrace organizational change
  • Coach, guide and provide mentoring to Leadership Team
  • Moderate the employer-employee relationship and secure a smooth and clear communication between different teams or functions
  • Concept and implement of transition programs to support from a development focused organization to industrialization
  • Implement and drive individual people development program
  • Ensure workforce capacities/competences are engaged in Oberpfaffenhofen and Leipzig
  • Planning and steering of HR related KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and HR Management systems
  • Steer Data Protection activities and report to Management Board

You’ll bring this with you

  • BA / Master of business management, HR, psychology or similar education
  • Industry experience in aviation, aerospace or similar international industry
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR with solid exposure in recruiting, people and organizational development, HR-reporting, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relation in multicultural teams
  • Demonstrated experience in a leading HR function in an international environment
  • Strategic thinking and acting with a problem-solving orientation and high commitment to internal and external customers and stakeholders

  • Knowledge and practical experience to work under German Labor law
  • Excellent German and very good English language skills
  • Ready to work in “scale-up” business environment, which is driven by “can-do attitude”
  • Preferred start in Q1-2025

  • The Director People & Organisation Development reports to the CFO and works with Managers / Teams from 40 different nationalities
