This is what you can do

Developing and implementing sales strategies for specialised operators, including emergency services, humanitarian organisations and other special mission areas
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in government and specialist organisations
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the specialised operations sector, including government tenders and projects
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions that meet client requirements
Keep informed of procurement trends and market developments within the Special Operations sector
Represent the company at industry events and conferences and position it as a trusted partner in the specialised operations sector.

You’ll bring this with you

Experience with aircraft solutions or related industries/OEMs
Proven experience working with specialist operators, including humanitarian organisations, emergency services and other special mission areas
Proven success in managing complex sales processes, including experience with government projects and tenders
In-depth understanding of the procurement processes and requirements of government and specialist organisations
Strong network and established relationships within the special operations and government sector
Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple priorities
Proficiency in English; German and other languages will be considered a strong asset
