Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings: Erstellen von Einladungen, Agenden und Präsentationen, Dokumentation von Besprechungen
Recherche in Dokumenten: Zusammenstellung von Informationen aus z.B. internen Normen, Verfahrensanweisungen, Prozessanweisungen
Betriebsmittel nach Vorgabe erfassen und beschriften
Erstellen von Prozessen nach Vorgabe z.B. in Visio
Verfassen von einfachen Benutzerhandbüchern und Dokumentationen in üblichen Anwendungen
Anpassungen in Verfahrensanweisungen nach Vorgaben vornehmen

You’ll bring this with you

Laufendes Bachelor Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrtechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote) und Microsoft Teams.
Erste Erfahrung in SAP S4/HANA sowie Viso sind wünschenswert aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
Kenntnisse in Prozessschaubildern und sicherer Umgang mit Visio zur Erstellung von Prozessschaubildern sind erforderlich.
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
