Installation und Administration der Clientbetriebssysteme Windows 10/11
Kompetente Unterstützung der Anwender in allen Systemfragen vor Ort und Remote
Anwendersupport / User Helpdesk für Fehleranalyse und –behebung
Dokumentation der Infrastruktur und der angewandten Verfahren zu Betrieb und Support

You’ll bring this with you

Berufserfahrung: Aktive Erfahrungen als Systemadministrator bzw. IT-Fachkraft
IT-Infrastruktur: Gute Kenntnisse im MS-Server-, Netzwerkkomponenten-, Workstation-, Mobile Device-, sowie im virtuellen Umfeld (VMware)
IT-Anwendungen: Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich MS-Server (2019/2022), Exchange 2019, Active Directory und MS-Client-Technologien, wie Windows 10 und Windows 11, Office 2019, Office 365 Umgebung.
Hohe Lernbereitschaft, schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Softskills: Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke, serviceorientiertes Denken und Verhalten
