This is what you can do

Technical Pre-Sales Support

  • Understand and interpret customer technical requirements and translate them into tailored aircraft solutions
  • Prepare and present impactful technical proposals, ensuring clarity on performance, schedule, and cost
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to assess feasibility, engineering input, and lead times

Customer Change & Configuration Management

  • Drive and track customer-requested configuration changes across cabin, systems, avionics, and more
  • Act as the single point of contact for all technical clarifications and follow-ups

Commercial & Contract Support

  • Support sales in RFP/RFQ processes, contract reviews, and final specification sign-offs
  • Participate in the negotiation of technical terms, scopes, and performance commitments

Internal Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Build alignment across engineering, certification, supply chain, and product teams
  • Document best practices and share knowledge from customer engagements across the company

You’ll bring this with you

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar technical field
  • 3–7 years’ experience in aircraft OEMs, MROs, or leasing companies in a technical sales, customer engineering, or configuration management role
  • In-depth understanding of aircraft systems, cabin layouts, performance data, and modification processes
  • Strong grasp of commercial processes: contracts, technical specs, RFPs, and customer negotiations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English;
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate across multiple departments
