This is what you can do

  • Opening orders for customer-owned repair parts in SAP
  • Entry of all devices from various customer returns (repairs, loans, unused returns) in SAP, including checking the relevant data such as TSN/CSN, life limits, etc.
  • Creation/maintenance of vendor master data in SAP
  • Creation of repair orders (external/internal) to suppliers in SAP incl. checking of all required data e.g. CMM's from Tec Pub Index, etc.
  • Creation of internal dispatch instructions to suppliers
  • Order monitoring from goods issue to goods receipt (delivery time monitoring etc.)
  • Processing/checking/approval of repair cost estimates from suppliers
  • Contact point for suppliers and internal departments during the entire repair process
  • Further processing of returned devices from external/internal repair orders (e.g. checking delivery documents/certificates)
  • Creation of internal dispatch instructions for the return delivery of the customer's own repair parts


You’ll bring this with you

  • Completed training as a graduated engineer or technician (aviation) or comparable training
  • Good commercial knowledge
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in aviation
  • Detailed knowledge of aircraft-specific equipment and systems
  • Knowledge of processes and requirements in an aviation maintenance organization and related rules and regulations
  • Good knowledge of SAP S4/HANA, modules MM and SD
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
