This is what you can do

  • Provide first line support for CAD and PLM system.
  • Support fixing of issue during operation.
  • Coordinate with the technical team on 2nd level issues resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure project success.
  • Support the definition, specification, development, testing and deployment of system’s enhancements.
  • Ensure consistent application performance and improve IT landscape, and system reliability.
  • Ensure the Service-Quality, customer satisfaction, and proper monitoring of the SLAs and the SLA reporting.
  • Optimize existing systems and process.

You’ll bring this with you

  • 2+ years professional expertise in relevant fields of IT.
  • Fachinformatiker or Bachelor or Master’s degree in information technology or engineering (aeronautics / aviation / mechanical).
  • Experience in PLM system implementation projects, preferably 3DExperience or SmarTeam
  • Ability to prioritise, manage and execute multiple simultaneous tasks.
  • Good presenting and communication skills.
  • Project management skills, including documentation and timeline control.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work in multicultural and multinational environment.
