Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen gemäß HGB
Pflege und Abstimmung der Kreditorenkonten sowie Klärung von Differenzen
Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, internen Fachbereichen und Einkaufsabteilung
Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung der Rechnungsprozesse
Vertretung innerhalb des Accounting-Teams bei Abwesenheiten

You’ll bring this with you

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
Erfahrung im Kreditoren-Umfeld
Verständnis für Beschaffungs- und Logistikprozesse
Belastbarkeit in Hochphasen (z. B. Monatsabschluss)
Sehr gute SAP4Hana Kenntnisse
Bereitschaft zu kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung im Bereich Accounting und SAP
