This is what you can do

  • Develop and oversee Certification Programmes.
  • Develop and oversee Compliance Checklists.
  • Develop and ensure DOA Processes are in compliance with applicable Part 21 regulations.
  • Monitoring of new regulations and Guidance Material issued by the Agency and the other rule making bodies.
  • Ensuring that all design activities performed are within the terms of approval as specified in the design organization approval certificate.
  • Ensuring the classification of the changes and repairs designed by the organization are correct.
  • Checking all compliance documents are prepared as necessary to demonstrate compliance with regulations, as well as for completeness.
  • Developing Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventative actions relating to Occurrences (failure, malfunction or defect.
  • Implementation of strategy initiatives for improvement of the Design Organization performance.

You’ll bring this with you

  • Education at the appropriate field of activity for nomination, preferable with an academic graduation as engineer, respectively with a comparable education.
  • 5+ years of experience in compilation of compliance/review of documentation for aircrafts.
  • 3+ years of experience in review and interpretation of Part 21 and assosiated AMCs and GMs
  • Knowledge of the airworthiness requirements (in particular CS/JAR-25, CS-ACNS, CS-CCD, CS-FCD, CS-MMEL, CS-SIMD, CS-FSTD).
  • Knowledge of implementing rules for the airworthiness and environmental certification of aircraft and related products, parts, and appliances; as well as certification of design and production organizations (Part 21)
  • Education in the specific internal organizational processes, procedures and the design organisation handbook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
